On the occasion of May 15, World Climate Day, Escarus General Manager, drawing attention to the increasing climate change. “The fires of Australia, which began as a bushfire in June of last year, had gradually been overcome and continued to impact the entire continent until February 2020. Moreover, another case that considered as an impact of climate change is the outbreak of COVID-19. All those events are regarded as a result of climate-change. Recent developments once again demonstrate the importance of focusing on investments that will improve the resiliency of nations, societies and infrastructures’ against climate change,” said Escarus General-Director Dr. Kubilay Kavak, who commented by highlighting the increasing effects of the climate change on “World Climate Day”.
