The “New Development Perspective: Inclusive Finance” panel was held within the scope of the Turkish Capital Markets Congress where Escarus General Manager Ms. Hülya Kurt was the moderator and the speakers included TSKB Assistant General Manager Ms. Çiğdem Içel, IFC Europe and Central Asia Deputy Chairman Gökhan Kont, KfW Development Bank’s Turkey Country Office Director Frank Bellon, French Development Agency’s Director for Turkey Serge Snrech and the European Investment Bank’s Turkey Representative Massimo d’Eufemia.
