Since its establishment, Escarus has focused its efforts on offering consultancy services towards improving the ability of the Turkish business world to adapt to new working dynamics, compete and increase its added value in environmental, social and governance aspects of sustainability in the light of the experience and know-how Escarus has accumulated and synthesized.
OUR NOTION OF CONSULTANCY
At Escarus, our notion of consultancy includes the delivery of services with a new perspective beyond the conventional consultancy services previously offered to our customers. In approaching our projects, we adopt the perspective “new generation of consultancy” and we then proceed with an approach to “create added value” from the beginning to the end.
During all projects, we work hard to understand the demands and needs of our customers, reflect to make sure their previously unnoticed needs are identified and then develop projects to address them all.

Our project approach is to offer a diverse range of solutions exclusively addressing the needs and demands of each individual customer. Escarus’ project philosophy is based on communicating and collaborating with all project stakeholders during the entire process in order to identify and address needs instantly.
As sustainability stands out as a process that pursues and safeguards the prospective and long-term stability of an organization, we believe it is wise to proceed within an approach exclusively tailored to the strategies and needs of that organization rather than following “standard, conventional practices” in sustainability consultancy.
The project process employs an initial case analysis at the start of the project to adapt the process to the current position of the organization, thus replacing standard service packages with exclusive solutions and a road map tailored to the organization and the situation.
