MERAL MURATHAN
Meral Murathan was born in Erzurum in 1977, and graduated from the department of Economics at Boğaziçi University.
She started her career in TSKB Treasury Department in 1998. After serving in a variety of roles and positions, she was promoted as Head of Financial Institutions in 2012. Meral Murathan promoted to Executive Vice President position in 1 April 2019.
She has been currently in charge of Financial Institutions and Investor Relations, Development Finance Institutions, Loan Monitoring, Treasury and Corporate Communications Departments.

S. HÜSEYİN GÜREL
Born in 1983 in Istanbul, Seyit Hüseyin Gürel graduated from the Department of Economics at the Middle East Technical University in 2007.
Starting his professional life at Industrial Development Bank of Turkey (TSKB), Gürel held various positions in Financial Analysis Department between 2007 and 2015. Gürel was positioned in Corporate Banking Department in 2015. Gürel was promoted as the Department Head of Corporate Banking Marketing in 2019 and appointed as Department Head of Advisory Services and Marketing in 2020.
As of 1 September 2023, Hüseyin Gürel has been appointed as Executive Vice President in charge of Advisory Services Sales, Financial and Technical Advisory Department, Loan Allocation, Credit Restructure and Resolution, Engineering Departments.

ÇAĞLA EKER ALTINKULP
Çağla Eker Altınkulp has a double major in Civil Engineering and Environmental Engineering from Yıldız Technical University. She earned her master’s degree (non-thesis) in Construction Management at Yıldız Technical University. She holds international certificates as a green building expert such as LEED AP BD+C and International BREEAM Assessor.
Prior to joining TSKB, she managed the LEED green building certification process of a construction company’s mixed-use high rise building project. Furthermore, she worked on developing real estate projects and delivering project cost control as well as project management.

ORHAN ATBAŞ
Orhan Atbaş, born in Ankara in 1982, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economy from Hacettepe University. He started his career in 2007 in the banking sector and has been working at the Industrial Development Bank of Turkey (Türkiye Sınai Kalkınma Bankası A.Ş. – TSKB) since 2010.
He started to work in the Corporate Banking Marketing department as an Expert and was promoted to Assistant Manager, Manager, Team Leader positions respectively in the same department. He was appointed to Senior Manager position in the said department in January 2024. He simultaneously conducted the duty of Deputy Board Chairperson in TSKB Real Estate Appraisal Company between 2024 and 2025. He joined Escarus family as the Board Member in April 2025.

YAVUZ YILMAZ
Yavuz Yılmaz, born in Istanbul in 1981, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Istanbul University and a Master’s degree in Political Science and International Relations from the same university.
From 2004 to 2007, Yavuz Yılmaz worked as an Assistant Specialist at Albaraka Türk Participation Bank. In 2007, he started working at the Industrial Development Bank of Turkey (Türkiye Sınai Kalkınma Bankası A.Ş. – TSKB) in the Financial Control department as an Expert. Beginning from 2008, he continued his career in the Budget and Planning department, and as of 2019, he was appointed as the Manager in the same department. He joined Escarus family as the Board Member in April 2025.

FERİDUN TUR
Feridun Tur was born in Ankara in 1981. He completed his bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in Economics at Gazi University and earned his Ph.D. from Hacettepe University.
Between 2005 and 2010, he served as a Research Assistant at Gazi University, specializing in economic policy and development. From 2011 to 2017, he worked at the Economic Research Department of Türk Eximbank, where he focused on international competitiveness.
In 2017, he joined the Economic Research team at the Industrial Development Bank of Turkey (TSKB). His areas of expertise include foreign trade, competitiveness, development, and the transformation of the economic structure. Since 2023, he has been serving as the Head of Economic Research at TSKB. He joined Escarus family as the Board Member in April 2025.
