At the beginning of the impact analysis process, the targets, evaluation criteria and indicators to be measured are clearly determined in cooperation with the institution. Then, data collection methods and project stakeholders are determined according to the needs. Social Return on Investment (SROI) or Theory of Change, which facilitates comparison, are among these techniques. The data obtained are meticulously analyzed and reported.
